GAYLORD DESSOMME KNOW-HOW

Gaylord Dessomme has been working as a cabinet maker for the last twenty years and has been in Saint Barthélémy since 2007. He specialises in high end furniture and layouts.

Gaylord Dessomme and his team are at your service for your home furniture and villa layout needs. Living rooms, bathrooms, dressings, bedrooms, TV lifts, kitchens and communicating doors are all our area of expertise.

Vernilaq and L’Atelier d’agencement are our other structures which give us the ability to offer a complete furniture layout to serve all your ambitions and wishes making your dream house come true.

Everyone working in our workshop is qualified with degrees in cabinet making or joiner from the most renoun schools in France.

DESIGN DEPARTMENT

Gaylord Dessomme’s design team is composed of draughtsmen, project managers and an assistant manager.

We produce technical drawings with a 3D software called TopSolid. We issue these drawings to our clients for approval before the project get to construction stage.

TopSolid allows us to transfer the furniture pieces, modeled on our computers, directly onto our 5 axis CNC router which increases speed and accuracy in the manufacturing process.

This process, unique in Saint Barthélémy and Saint Marteen, enables us to answer almost any kind of architects’ queries.

We guarantee the least impact on the environment by using none polluting water base veneers and by buying controlled wood with PEFC norms.

GAYLORD DESSOMME’S WORKSHOPS

The complementarity and flexibility of our three workshops give us the ability to answer to even the most complex inquiries.

We work with individuals and personal simple furnitures as well as architects and interior designers no matter how small or large the project can be.

L’ATELIER D’EBENISTERIE

This is our cabinet making workshop based in St Barts, dedicated to the conception of bespoke furniture, prototypes or small series.

VERNILAQ

Our finishing workshop based in St Barts as well. We specialises in high quality laquer with a large vairety of effects on all supports.

L’ATELIER D’AGENCEMENT

The Saint Marteen (french side) workshop, equiped with the last generation numerical equipement with a numeric-control machining center 5 axis.
